TOP Equipment was founded by the Elliott family in 1986.  In our first couple of years, ECHO was the only product line distributed while operating solely out of Texas.  The original facility was no more than 4,000 square feet. Today, TOP Equipment distributes ECHO, Exmark, SHINDAIWA, Z Turf Equipment and Billy Goat out of a 375,000 square foot state-of-the-art facility in Georgetown, Texas.

As a family-owned business, we truly operate under a “Family First” mentality.  We pride ourselves on taking care of employees who show great tenure who in return take care of our customers. TOP Equipment is proud to be a premier power equipment distributor in Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Mississippi, Arkansas, Missouri, Tennessee and Kansas. We have selectively chosen the best power equipment dealerships throughout those territories to represent our lines.  We truly believe we have the best dealers in the industry representing our products. With 13 Territory Managers and 2 Field Sales Managers, we have great territory coverage over competing suppliers in the region. We currently have 5 show/demo trailers in the field to ensure that we give the most professional presence possible to our customers and end-users.  

Lastly, our new parts picking system utilizes the latest modern technology of RF technology and conveyor systems assures the dealers will be receiving the most prompt and efficient service. We are proud to consistently show a 97%+ parts fill rate throughout all our major lines.
