Factory direct communication to improve dealer experience as well as factory portal site navigation assistance.
On-site service training room with capacity to hold 40+ attendees for on-site training events.
Parts identification help for our dealer and end user network.
Facilitates commercial maintenance & safety courses throughout our entire territory.
Collaborates with factory in new product/product improvement field testing.
SALES
Experienced Sales Managers who focus on dealer training, regional road shows, and program education.
Analyze each dealer market to help improve product market share and gain understanding of equipment programs to maximize dealer profitability.
Guidance on in-store displays and product placement to improve dealership appeal.
Create relationships with Fleet customers to drive sales to dealers as well as host regional training and new product showcasing events.
Sales Administrator with 15+ years of experience at the distributor and dealer retail level.
