Dealer Links not Letting You In?

After typing the password and if it keeps taking you back to type it again it means it is time to clear the cache and cookies (only these 2 things should be checked of.

If you are using Internet Explorer, Edge, Google Chrome, or Mozilla Firefox you can quickly clear cache with a keyboard shortcut. While in your browser, press Ctrl + Shift + Delete simultaneously on the keyboard to open the appropriate window. If by chance using a Mac just use Cmd + Shift + Delete.

IMPORTANT: Be sure and close/quit the browser and restart it after clearing the cache and cookies.

To clear the cache in Safari, you can do the following:

  • On a Mac:

    1. Click the Safari menu in the top left corner 

    2. Click Settings 

    3. Click Privacy 

    4. Click Manage Website Data 

    5. Click Remove all 

    6. Click Remove Now 

    7. Click Done 

    8. Press Command +Q to quit Safari 

  • On an iPhone or iPad:

    1. From the home screen, tap Settings 

    2. Tap Safari 

    3. Tap Clear Cache at the bottom of the screen 

    4. Tap Clear Cache again to confirm 

  • Use a keyboard shortcut

Use the keyboard shortcut Option-Command-E 

Once this is done, you’ll be able to log in and use the site until we decide to redo the entire thing. (Don’t worry, we don’t have any plans for that right now!)
